The Butterfly... short story

This one's a nice motivational story. I had it with me since a long time and I think its worth sharing. So.. It goes like this...
A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could, and it could go no further.
So the man decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon.
The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings.
The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.
Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It never was able to fly.
What the man, in his kindness and haste, did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.
Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our lives. If God allowed us to go through our lives without any obstacles, it would cripple us.
We would not be as strong as what we could have been. We could never fly!

Without you...

Life as I know
Has a void without you
Every season’s green
Every day blues without you
Won’t you ever come and see
How much … I need you

Wherever I’d go
Whenever I’d breathe
Wherever I’d fall
Whenever I’d weep
I craved your arm
To hold
I needed your words
To trust
But it never happened
And you never came to see
How much … I need you

I wanna walk
Holding your hands tight
I want your shoulders
And see through dim and bright
Won’t you hug me
When the night is cold
Won’t you be with me
When I grow old
Won’t you ever bother to feel
How much … I need you

I missed you so much
While you were away
I sobbed in the dark
On that Valentine’s Day
Waiting for you
I fell asleep
Never to wake up
I went so deep
And then came an angel
Stole every tear
Who promised to love
And always stay near
He made me me
Now I’m in bliss
But I still hope
Someday you’d know
How much … I needed you.

My favourite Color

Red
It is a bright, warm color that evokes strong emotions.
It is associated with love, warmth, and comfort.
It is also considered an intense, or even angry, color that creates feelings of excitement or intensity.

Colors in the red area of the color spectrum are known as warm colors and include red, orange, and yellow. These warm colors evoke emotions ranging from feelings of warmth and comfort to feelings of anger and hostility.

The most emotionally intense color, red stimulates a faster heartbeat and breathing. It is also the color of love. Red clothing gets noticed and makes the wearer appear heavier. Since it is an extreme color, red clothing might not help people in negotiations or confrontations. Red cars are popular targets for thieves. In decorating, red is usually used as an accent. Decorators say that red furniture should be perfect since it will attract attention.
The most romantic color, pink, is more tranquilizing. Sports teams sometimes paint the locker rooms used by opposing teams bright pink so their opponents will lose energy.
